Con la consigna “Ayúdanos a Ayudar”, el Centro de Extensión Cultural de la Universidad Católica del Maule, junto a la compañía Teatropello, buscan reunir donaciones para los voluntarios de Bomberos de Talca, con la presentación de la obra “Las Moscas Sobre el Río”.
La actividad, que tendrá lugar el próximo viernes 22 de noviembre, en EXT UCM -3 Norte 650- es la segunda iniciativa solidaria que se realiza en el espacio cultural de la UCM. “Para nosotros es fundamental ser parte de este tipo de instancias, porque hablan del Chile que queremos; un Chile que se apoya y que quiere lograr una construcción colectiva”comentó la directora de Extensión, Arte y Cultura, Bárbara Godoy.
La obra
La pieza teatral retrata la historia de un joven que es encerrado por un guardia de supermercado, luego de ser sorprendido robando. Sin embargo, en vez de ser entregado a la policía, su escolta le propone un inusual trabajo que no podrá rechazar. En medio de este conflicto, aparecen visiones de la sociedad contemporánea, una crítica al consumismo y al aprovechamiento y abuso de poder, situaciones que se viven en el Chile de hoy
¿Cómo participar?
El evento es con entrada liberada y abierto a toda la comunidad maulina y por ello, te invitamos a aportar con bebidas isotónicas, agua mineral, elementos de botiquín y aportes monetarios voluntarios, para así, colaborar con Bomberos de Talca.
Extensión UCM agradece la buena acogida del Cuerpo de Bomberos de Talca, quienes han tenido un rol fundamental en el estallido social de Chile y han aceptado ser parte de esta actividad que, sin duda, será un récord en solidaridad.
